  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.

b. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

b. Partial Refunds:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

c. Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returned items, especially those that require special handling or restocking. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

4. Exchanges
